International EBM DAY 2025 >>>22.02.2025<<<
What and why?
As the title suggests, this will be a day on which we at BodyBeats celebrate one of our beloved music genres: Electronic Body Music! A dark but pounding music style, perhaps not invented as such, but certainly best refined and exploited by our national EBM icons Front 242. Don't expect Kraftwerk, DAF or the aforementioned pioneers, but a fine selection from their rich and varied legacy!
When?
Because in 2025 the date 24.2 falls in the middle of the working week, we have decided to move the annual party to the nearest SATURDAY, i.e. 22.02, so that we can also extend this high day in 2025, two days before the official day on which EBM fans travel across the whole world celebrate this International EBM Day >24.2
So mark your calendar and come discover and celebrate Electronic Body Music with like-minded friends and souls!
Who?
That will remain a surprise for now, although we hope to be able to release the first names soon!
As usual, resident DJ BORG will provide the appropriate Wave & Beats at the afterparty!
Where?
The Casino in St-Niklaas of course!
